قدردانی شش سازمان جمهوری خواه و دموکرات از قضات و دست اندر کاران دادگاه نوری + متن انگلیسی
خانمها و آقایان قضات دادگاه حمید نوری، ما شش سازمان جمهوریخواه و دموکرات ایرانی مراتب سپاس و تقدیر خود را از عملکرد شجاعانه، مستقل و حرفه ای مسئولین دادگاه استکهلم، که به پرونده حمید نوری رسیدگی کرده است، اعلام می داریم. طبق رای دادگاه شما حمید نوری، دادیار زندانهای اوین و گوهر دشت در قتل شمار بسیاری از زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۱۳۶۷مشارکت داشته و متهم به جنایت جنگی و قتل عمد شده است. برگزاری دادگاه حمید نوری، روند پیشرفت دادرسی و حکم محکومیت او به اشد مجازات طبق قوانین کشور سوئد گامی مهم در آشکار ساختن ابعاد کشتار زندانیان در زندانهای جمهوری اسلامی و پیروزی بزرگی برای جنبش دادخواهی ایران بود. دادگاه شما، با وجود تمهیدها و تهدیدهای جمهوری اسلامی با پایبندی به وجدان انسانی و با تبعیت از ضوابط و موازین یک قضاوت عادلانه و حقوق جهانشمول انسانی به کار خود ادامه داد و پس از ماهها کار مستقل مبتنی بر شهادتها و اسناد غیرقابل انکار حکم خود را، که در تاریخ قضاوت جهان باقی خواهد ماند، صادر کرد. دراین دادگاه برخی از شاکیان که خود نیز قربانیان شکنجه بودند و هم بندی ها و دوستانشان را نیز از دست داده بودند به سختی می توانستند از آنچه که اتفاق افتاده بود بگویند. دادگاه با حساسیت به این موارد توجه نموده و همچنین دفاعیات وکلای متهم را با بی طرفی استماع کرد. به باور ما روند و نتیجه دادگاه استکهلم در نوع خود بی سابقه بود، زیرا این اقدام تنها محاکمه حمید نوری نبود، بلکه محاکمه همه کسانی بودکه در سرکوب و کشتار زندانیان در جمهوری اسلامی شرکت داشته اند و هنوز مسئولیتهای مهمی در جمهوری اسلامی دارند، که از آن جمله می توان ابراهیم رییسی، رییس جمهور کنونی حکومت اسلامی، از اعضای هیات مرگ در سال ۱۳۶۷، را نام برد. محاکمه و محکومیت حمید نوری یک پیروزی بزرگ برای انبوه دادخواهان ایرانی، خانواده های قربانیان، قضاوت عادلانه و گامی مهم در پاسداری از حقوق بشر و تسلای خاطر همه کسانی است که در ۴۳ سال عمر حکومت جمهوری اسلامی قربانی داده اند. مایلیم بار دیگر سپاس و احترام عمیق خود را به اطلاع قضات محترم، دادستانی و همین طور وکلایی که در این تلاش سترگ برای استیفای حقوق دادخواهان ایرانی نقش موثری ایفا کردند، برسانیم.

Letter of Appreciation of Six Iranian Democratic- Republican Organizations to the Stockholm District Court on Trial of Hami Nouri
Honourable Ladies and Gentlemen, Judges of the Trial of Hamid Nouri, We, six Iranian Democratic-Republican Organizations extend our deep thanks and appreciation for your courageous, independent and professional manner of work in the War Crimes case of Hamid Nouri. According to your verdict, Hamid Nouri, the assistant prosecutor at the Iranian Evin and Gohardasht prisons in Iran, was involved in the execution of a great number of prisoners in the summer of 1988. He has been accused of war crimes and purposeful murder. The holding of this trial, the process of adjudication and the verdict sentencing him to life imprisonment, that is, the highest punishment according to the laws of Sweden, was a significant step towards uncovering of the extent of the executions in the prisons of the Islamic Republic and a great victory for the justice-seeking movement of Iranians. Notwithstanding the threats and machinations of the Islamic Republic, your court continued its work faithful to principles of fair process and universal human conscience and after months of painstaking judicial process involving numerous testimonies and undeniable evidence rendered its judgment, a judgment which will be remembered as a landmark in the history of litigation. In this court, some of the witnesses, who were themselves victims of torture and had lost their fellow-prisoners and friends could not, under great emotional stress, with ease retell what had happened to them. The court showed the necessary sensibility towards these victims and heard the lawyers of the defendant with objective neutrality. We believe that the process and the result of the trial at Stockholm Court were unique in its type, as it was not only the trial of Hamid Nouri, but the trial of all those who had a share in the torture and killing of the political prisoners in the Islamic Republic and who still hold important positions in the government including, among others, Mr. Ebrahim Raisi, the present president, who was a member of the “Death Commission” in 1988. Once again, we wish to communicate our sincere thanks and deep respect to the honourable judges, the prosecution and all the lawyers, who played an important role in this great human effort towards realization of justice.
